Limited Edition Holiday Sessions
Busy season is here and I’m currently in the thick of senior portraits, fall family sessions and school pictures for private Montessori schools all over Portland! I LOVE being busy but I also need to plan ahead because the holidays are fast approaching! So fast that I haven’t even had time to put up this blog post about our yearly Holiday Mini Sessions in the studio and people have already booked spots!
What is a Holiday Session?
The Limited Edition Holiday Sessions happen once a year in the NW Portland Studio. We’ve got a full morning of back to back sessions with this years holiday sets! These make for perfect holiday card pictures, to document your family year after year or to just capture your love!
When are holiday sessions for 2025
Holiday Sessions are happening on Saturday, November 22nd in the morning. As of now there are just five spots left but the closer we get, the spots will book up. If you have nap times that might conflict, reach out soon!
How Long is a Holiday Session?
Holiday Sessions are a quick 20 minute photoshoot. We’ll do several family poses, individuals of kiddos if you’d like, and even just the two of you! You’ll be surprised how many photos we can can take in such a short amount of time!
What is the investment?
The session fee to book your Holiday Session is $299. Once you receive your online gallery you’ll have two weeks to select your favorite images, products and place your order. The minimum purchase from your online gallery is $200. When you inquire, you can view the full pricing guide for more details. In years past, the average total investment, including the session fee, was $600-$1200.
Who can come to a Holiday Session?
Holiday Sessions are for immediate family. I’d suggest booking two sessions back to back if you want to add in the grandparents so we can get all the combinations! Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the studio. If you’d like to include your dog, reach out about a Simple Family Session. We’ll have outdoor sessions happening on Saturday, November 8th!
What to expect for your holiday session
Holiday Sessions are a quick and fun photoshoot for the whole family. Even grumpy husbands and teens will be happy that it’s quick! In about a week you’ll get a link to your online gallery to view your unedited photos. You’ll order your fav images and products and I’ll edit them within a few days! You’ll have gorgeous photos to create your holiday cards in time to send out for the holidays!
Theme For This Year
Every year the studio owner creates new beautiful sets for us to use and this year is no exception! We haven’t seen the full sets just yet but here’s her inspo pics! I love how beautifully neutral and classy the inspo is!
What to Wear
With this set inspo I’m envisioning families wearing all sorts of beautiful colors! A deep burgundy, black and cream combo would look amazing! But not to worry, when you book you’ll get a guide on how to coordinate outfits for your whole family!
