When you contact me about Senior Portraits I’ll suggest we meet up for a consultation. This is a great way for us to meet and for you to learn all about the Senior Portrait Experience. But maybe you’re not too sure you wanna meet up? In this blog post I’ll go over everything we’ll chat about in the quick and easy consultation.
Several things happen when I meet with a potential client. First, its my treat so let me buy you a coffee or tea. My favorite place to have a consultation is at Ava Roasteria or Symposium. They both make tasty espresso drinks. If coffee isn’t your thing how about fro-yo? We can find a place that will work for both of us.
After we’re set with a lil something yummy, we’ll just chat. I’ve got a few basic q’s… what high school do you go to, what would you like to see from your senior pictures, what would your parents like to see from the portraits, have you hired a professional photographer in the past, how was that experience, etc. Easy questions to get a good idea of what you are looking for to ensure I’m the right photographer for you.
Once I get to know what you are looking for I’ll tell you about what I offer. I’ll walk you through the Senior Magazine for the Class of 2018, talk through how I’ll help you prepare for a shoot, what to expect at the photoshoot and what to expect afterwards. I also usually bring a few samples of my products. After your photoshoot I bring all the samples to your Gallery Reveal and Ordering session but before we get there I want to ensure you are confident in the products I offer. I offer professional prints, albums and mounts and unique products that you can’t find with other local photographers.
We’ll decide if you’re ready to set a date or need more time to think. Depending on the time of year I’ll let you know how my calendar is looking. Once you’re ready to book your session all you need to do is let me know! I’ll send over the contract to sign, its all online so its super easy, and send an invoice for the session fee. When both are done, you’ve got a date for a photoshoot! Woohoo!
Did I mention its only about 30 minutes? Yup! Quick and easy! Want to schedule a consultation to talk about your senior portraits? Shoot me an email at email@example.com.
If you’re booking months in advance we might want to have a second consultation a few weeks before your shoot. Your ideas might have changed, you might have more questions, so much could have happened and its always fun to just catch up!
I can’t wait to meet with you and hear all your ideas for your senior pictures!
Come back next week to read all about the next step in your Senior Portrait Experience with Anna Graf Photography…Preparing for Your Photoshoot!
